Charlotte, who runs our Wesley birth classes, is currently working as a Privately Practice Midwife supporting home birth and hospital birth and has previously worked at Ipswich Hospital, Mater Mothers, RBWH (Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital), St Andrews Ipswich and NorthWest Private North Brisbane. She knows the in’s and out’s of a Hospital birthing suite and how to have the best possible birthing experience.
Charlotte boasts 11 years of experience as a midwife. 10 years experience as a mother. 6 years as a certified HypnoBirthing educator, and teaching Antenatal/prenatal classes and Post Birth care.
In pregnancy, we spend countless hours preparing the perfect space for our babies’ arrival. Buying a cot, blankets, clothes, books, and going to scans and doctors appointments. Yet we often forget to thoroughly prepare for their entry into the world, and their first experience of life through labour and birth.

Charlotte herself is a mother of three beautiful children and understands the importance of creating a beautiful birth experience.
All classes prepare you for your perfect birth but also prepare you for any unexpected complications or events through your experience. I am yet to have a family have a negative experience of labour and birth especially when their perfect birth changed direction.
