HypnoBirthing classes offer a gentler birthing method. It teaches pregnant women to intuitively birth, tap into and follow thier own body’s wisdom.
Women learn how to follow their body’s own instincts, while birthing partners learn to support mums for an easier and calmer birth.
Our HypnoBirthing classes are taught from experience by a HypnoBirthing certified educator, Midwife and mother.
This is one of the most comprehensive birth classes available, with class times running over 5 weeks x 2.5 hours. Our HypnoBirthing classes are taught in person in Brisbane’s West/Ipswich.
