HypnoBirthing classes are a world renowned birth course that offers mum’s a gentler and calmer birthing method.

It teaches pregnant women to intuitively birth, tap into and follow their own body’s wisdom.

Women learn how to follow their body’s own instincts, while birthing partners learn to support mums for an easier and calmer birth.

Our HypnoBirthing classes are taught from experience by a HypnoBirthing certified educator, Midwife and mother.

This is one of the most comprehensive birth classes available, with class times running over 5 weeks x 2.5 hours.  Our HypnoBirthing classes are taught in person in Brisbane’s West/Ipswich.

The original HypnoBirthing® program was founded by Marie Mongan in 1989 and continues to grow with ever increasing positive results.

The now award-winning gentle childbirth education program (backed by science), HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method has stood the test of time with over 26 years of experience, research and impressive results in over 50 countries around the world.

Designed with not only mum in mind but also dad/partners taking an active role in welcoming their new addition.  Both parents become educated, confident and informed welcoming their baby with joy, calm and comfort.
