HypnoBirthing Education Course Outline
(please note that classes are each individual and discussion is encouraged, therefore while the outline is below, sometimes information may be presented in an alternate class due to time constraints. All information is covered throughout the program)
“We were delighted to attend Charlotte”s HypnoBirthing classes in our second trimester of our first pregnancy. The course was filled with interesting information and more importantly the classes were fun and interactive.
Charlotte focuses not only on the core class material but also has the ability to blend it with your own personal situation. Charlotte built up our knowledge for what we were about to go through, enabling us with different methods and tools to approach the birth (cesarean or natural) calmly.
My husband in particular found the factual information to be insightful and built his confidence and “toolbox” for what he could do to assist me and the delivery of our baby boy. He also felt the knowledge armed him with what our rights are to be able to question, speak up and have a voice in the labour room.
We would highly recommend Charlotte’s classes, Charlotte is not only a qualified midwife, she is very personable, down to earth, caring, friendly and has the added essential element of humour and fun in her character. Charlotte continued supporting me through out my pregnancy and still continues to be there for me when ever I need.
This wonderful experience is a must!”
