We wanted to let you know that we had a baby boy on the 12th Aug (sorry for lateness but as you can imagine it’s been super busy).
We chose to have him through elective csec, as the risks were slightly higher for me and we couldn’t bear the what if scenarios.
It was a shame I didn’t get to use the labour Hypnosis, however the breathing techniques were used while I was being opened to birth my baby. I also think the prep work beforehand with the rainbow relaxation helped me calm my nerves at a very stressful time, which I don’t think I would have done without HypnoBirthing!
